A special "Polyetheline" compound. 3. Is there a warranty for Higimax? Yes. One year for any manufacturer defect. 4. How many rotations can 1 roll of Higiplax yield? Each roll yields 125 utilizations 5. How many rolls contain in Higiplast? Box containing twelve rolls of 125 utilizations (totaling 1500 utilizations) 6. What is included in one box of Higiplast? 12 rolls of Higiplast, 14 disposable gloves, 2 roll holders. 7. How would the service personnel know that it is time to change the Higiplast? There are two ways. First, through the visual window. Second, in its last 10 utilizations, a black strip on the disposable cover also indicates that the roll is reaching its end. Higiplast is locked securely under the holder’s rotating clip. 11. Why is there an internal cutting device in the Higiplast? To destroy the already used Higiplast, therefore protecting from re-use. 12. There the possibility that the cutting device could injure the user? No. The cutting device is completely protected when the Higimax cover is in place. 13. How often does the cutting device needs to be replaced? The cutting device has two edges. It depends on the frequency, but usually every two months. 14. What happens if the sensor is activated while someone is seated on the Higimax ? Nothing happens. The system is protected by a clutch, keeping it from rotating the cover. 15. What would happen if a liquid were to spill on top of the Higimax? Nothing would happen. There are holes strategically located on the bottom of Higimax that makes the eventual excess liquids be drained direclty in to the toilet. 16. Does Higimax replace its toilet seat? Yes. Higimax follows the same replacement guidelines of a regular toilet seat, and is installed the same way as a conventional seat. 17. Can a Higimax seat be raised the same way as a conventional toilet seat? Yes. It works exactly the same as a conventional toilet seat. 18. What protocol should be followed in the event of an equipment malfunction? Most problems can be easily solved by following the instructions provided by Higimax. If the problem is of a more difficult nature and cannot be solved by your service personnel, call for technical assistance. 19. What is the base of the equipment made out of? Stainless steal. 20. Is there the possibility that the Higiplast could be dislodged from the toilet seat? No. Higiplast is like a tube (like a shirt sleeve), where it totally covers the toilet, hence, not yielding the possibility of Higiplast dislodging from the toilet seat. 21. What happens if a lit cigarrette is left on top of the seat? The plastic covering the seat would melt. 22. Is there the possibility that the seat ring would break at the place where it is connected? It would be very hard. There is a steel blade inserted in the seat’s ring giving it a substantial resistence to force or pressure. 23. Why can Higimax be activated without its lid cover? It is not convenient because it helps during shipping giving it pressure. 24. How long does it take to change a roll of Higiplast? About 20-30 seconds. 25. What happens if we ran out of the Higiplast or if Higimax breaks? Higimax could be used as a conventional seat until the unit be fixed or a new roll of Higiplast be replaced. 26. How would maintenance learn how to fix a Higimax system? Maintenance crews would learn through training provided by our personnel who follow the instructions maintained inside the unit. 27. What happens if Higiplast tears? Simply press the red button to feed the remaining plastic higiplast and don’t refill the roll. 28. What happens if the user incorrectly utilize the equipment? The chances of this happening is greatly reduced with Higimax. This is because even if spill occur, simply clean Higimax as you would any conventional seat and press the red button for a new sheet to rotate. 29. How do you clean a Higimax? To clean Higimax, just use a sponge or a towel lightly damped with a cleaning solution. 30. What happens if the seat ring is wet, since the possibility exists of the seat being used without Higiplast? This would cause unwanted friction. Simply remove the roll of Higiplast from the seat, clean and dry it completely, then just refill the remaining rest of the roll of Higiplast. 31. What happens if urine enters inside Higimax? Simply remove its cover and clean the compartment using conventional cleaning supplies. 32. Is there the possiblity that cleanning agents with an acid base damadge the plastic? Yes. If a strong acid is frequently used, it will damage the surface of the plastic. 33. Why should we have additional costs by purchasing Higimax if we already have in place at our disposal cleanning personnel? The quantity of cleaning and maintenance of public restrooms personnel can be greatly reduced with Higimax. Another option is to redirect the focus of your cleanning/maintenance crew to other needs. Even if you have someone full-time taking care of you restrooms, no one can guarantee a clean toilet. With Higimax on the other hand, this is guaranteed each time the toilet is used. No. No plastic is biodegradable, it is however recyclable. 36. Is it possible that a bacteria that have contaminated the used plastic sheets would come in contact with the user? No, due to the following reason: Each used plastic sheet is rolled in a secure container, any bacteria is confined to this space. The used Higiplast roll is kept in a complete separate, sealed and isolated area keeping bacteria and germs from infecting the seat or new roll. 37. Is Higimax protected by patents? Yes. It is protected by strong patents that cover over countries including Brasil, USA, Canada and Japan. 38. Has Higimax been fully tested prior to its introduction in the global market? Yes. Extensives tests and research have been performed to determine germ behavior as well as the users in public restrooms any other practical applications. 39. Does Higimax yield a steril sanitary seat?
